| Received 2022.04.09 | Abstract. The article is containing information about the International Conference “Interpretive Violence on Historical Memory and the Formation of a Culture of Political Thinking”, held in Vitebsk in October 2021. The reports were made by scientists historians of the Faculty of History of Dostoevsky Omsk State University. The plenary session opened with a speech by Professor V.P. Korzun “Public history: a changing request for the profession of historian”. Also at the plenary session were heard the reports of Professor V.Yu. Voloshina “The problems of formation of historical memory”, Professor V.B. Shepeleva “Historical memory, the cultural code of the nation and the requirements of post-nonclassical”. At the sectional meeting, a report was presented by Professor A.V. Yakub, dedicated to the peculiarities of fixing historical memory in philately. The problems of the speeches of Omsk scientists successfully fit into the concept of the conference. At the forum, along with theoretical issues of historical memory, issues of historical politics were actively discussed, and a cross-section of historical memory was presented in certain regions with differentiation in social and age groups of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus populations. |
