Zhigunova M. A. Belarusian Component in Sociocultural Space of Siberia
On the basis of long-term historical and ethnographic, ethnosociological and museological researches of the author the history of appearance of Belarusians in Siberia, specifics of their consciousness and traditional and household culture is analyzed. Data on moving and number of Belarusians, their economic occupations, options of identification and criteria of modern self-determination are provided. The separate attention is paid to ethnic stereotypes and images, ethnocultural preferences, features of cookery.

Seleznev A. G., Selezneva I. A. New Sacral Spaces, Invention of History and Global Information Environment: Village of Okunevo in Western Siberia
The theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development new sacral spaces, construction of mythology of history, reflection these processes in the global information environment are discussed. The work is based on empirical material obtained by ethnographic field study a new sacred center in the village of Okunevo (Omsk oblast, Muromtsevo district). Trends of postmodern and post-industrial society are revealed. The concept of hierotopy that stressed the creative nature of the space sacralization is applied to the new practices and mythologies empiricism. The archaeological factor as the basis of the chronotope of the sacral complex was considered. The relevant aspects of the interaction the actual mythology and global information environment were analyzed. The conclusion was made about the fundamental similarity the traditional, archaic and modern social practices and mythological motifs. The latter are often the result of revitalization, reactualization and direct modernization the first.

Tikhomirov K. N., Nikonova V. G., Tataurov S. F., Bondarev A. A. Economic Aspects of Life of the Native Population of Lower Reaches of River Tara XVII–XVIII Century (On the Materials Excavations Settlement Bergamak III in 2015)
It is discusses some of the economic and environmental aspects of the lower reaches of Türkicized population Tara in the XVII–XVIII centuries on materials of the excavations in 2015. These works were carried out on the outskirts of the monument "Settlement Bergamak III". This area was part of the production site which is engaged in processing and production of ferrous metal bone tools for the said production. The resulting collection included ornamented and neornamentirovannye fragments of pottery, an extensive set of animal bones, most of which was used for the manufacture of tools and accessories for this industrial activity, metal knives, bone and metal arrow, fishhook, and others.

Tataurova L. V. An Adaptive Approach to Study of the Housing Complex of the Russian Population of the Omsk Irtysh Region in the XVII–XVIII Centuries (According to the Materials of the Archaeological Researches)
The adaptation to siberian conditions of housing complexes and construction of traditions of the Russian population in the XVII–XIII ad was analyzed in article. The types of dwellings, recorded during the archaeological research in Irtysh Omsk Russian settlements and construction techniques, were showed. Wood working tools, construction accessories, household utensils and elements of the interior of the dwellings were presented.

Tikhonov S. S. Knots on a Ropes as an «Universal» Phenomen of Culture in Ethnographical-Archaeological Researches
Author pay attention to the possibility of studying knots on the ropes by using the methods of archaeology and ethnography, as one of the phenomena of human culture. The author believes that since the appearance of composite tools and, until very recently, knots were used everywhere. In our days, with the advent of other means of connection objects, the role of knots decreased. However, the available sources allow us to explore the evolution and development of this phenomenon. It is possible to use features of tying knots as a social marker in the study of social structures in ancient times and middle ages.

Gerasimov Yu. V., Zdor M. Yu., Korusenko M. A. To Study of Adaptation Strategics of Indigenous People of Tarsky Priirtyshje (On the Materials of Excavations and Investigations of Seasonal Settlements)
It is presented results of researches of seasonal settlements of the Middle Ages and Modern times in Tarsky Priirtyshje. According to data of excavations and investigations of such archaeological monuments authors make a hypothesis about existence of two strategy of economic reclamation of territory which can be observed on materials of the Middle Ages. On the data of researches of Modern period only one of these strategies can be fixed. Dividing reclamation strategy on two directions allows to form a new approach in interpretation of seasonal settlements and to define their place among archaeological monuments of Tarsky Priirtyshje of the Middle Ages and Modern period.

Tikhomirova M. N. Materials on the Ethnography Tomsk Tatars Museum “History of the Village of Black River” Tomsk District Tomsk Region
It is introduced into scientific turnover ethnographic collection of everyday objects of Tomsk Tatars from the rural museum. Although quite intensive ethnographic study of this group of Tatars in Western Siberia in the 1970s, in the museums of Tomsk and Omsk formed small collection. A total of 50 unit of storage were collected. Materials presented in the article expand the source base for reconstruction lifestyle Tomsk Tatars in the XX century, as well as for the study of museum objects. Besides, the paper describes some of the exhibits, in my opinion, the most informative and historical value.

Normatov O. M. The Ferghana Valley During the Soviet Government Zoning Policy
It is devoted to the division into distracts on the territory of Central Asia, as a result Kokand, Andijan and Khodjent districts were formed in Fergana Valley in 1926, and the article describes some opinions and thoughts of that time. It is a question of creation by the Soviet authority on the beginning of 1925 of the central and regional commissions on division into districts Uzbek . Creation in Fergana Valley in Kokand, Andijan and Khodjent as a result of division into districts in Central Asia in 1926. Analysis the general condition of the organization of areas is shown, the analysis and statistics of social and economic positions, a degree of employment of the population of district is given and is paid attention to the decision of problems. Primary sources are used, the comparative analysis of the Soviet and present period, conclusions is given.

Sheremetyeva D. L. The Electoral Behavior of the Siberian Citizens at the Initial Stage of the Civil War (July – November 1918)
The article deals with the causes, course and results of municipal elections during the Civil War in Siberia. Pioneering research, introduction into circulation of documentary sources and journalism led to the following conclusions. After the anti-Bolshevik coup electoral process took the lion's share of Western Siberia of the urban population and nearly half of the citizens of Eastern Siberia, but was completed only in 14 cities. The majority of voters in all stages of the electoral process behaved passively, voting results showed the confusion and randomness of political preferences, disunity of citizens and establish the delicate balance between the revolutionary and «reactionary» fractions thoughts on the weakening position of the Socialists.

Ilina A. A. About the Revival of Language, Culture, Ceremonies, Traditions and Customs of the Siberian Tatars
“The concept of revival of language, culture, ceremonies, traditions and customs of the Siberian Tatars for 1994–2005” is published. This document is a valuable source on history of the national movement of the Siberian Tatars of a boundary of the 1980th – the 1990th and in many respects reflects sharpness of a perspective of the Siberian Tatar question which is brought up by representatives of this ethnos of the Tyumen region and some other regions of Western Siberia. The document contains data on history and religion of the Siberian Tatars, a current state of the Siberian Tatar ethnos at the time of the middle of the 1990th, the analysis of problems in the field of national culture, national education and studying of the Siberian Tatar language, and also offers ways of their decision.

Kolomiets O. P. The Chukchi Fairs in the Reports of the Tsar's Officials (Late XIX – Early XX Centuries)
The published archival material represents three reports of the Kolyma officials to the Yakut governor on the Chukchi annual fairs of late XIX – early XX centuries. The documents are stored in the National Archives of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The uniqueness of the report is in the description of the participants in the fairs, its product range, and the specificity of the tribute collection from the indigenous population of the North-East of Russia. The reports contain information on prices imported by the Russian merchants, as well as on the Chukchi and Lamut (Evens) products; are analyzed the causes of the fair trade decline at the turn of the centuries.
